 We now know that Rich Rayouk didn't die in Feb but earlier in January of a blood infection. Her was a dear friend. We entered the Navy together, saw each other over four year in various ports of call around the workd and while on leave in Girard..

After our service we travelled together to far away places. He came and visited and stayed when we were in Vancouver, Washington ..

When I had a law office in Warren he lived near me above a saloon and I would pick him up one or two days a week. I had a laundry in my office and he would do his clothes. We would go to lunch.  It was a good time for me but not for Rich out of work, down on his luck. 

I could write volumes about our history and friendship but in a word or two, he was my friend and I was his friend. R.I.P. Rich.    Ron
